By downloading or playing "Galaxian: Brood Wave" (the "Game") developed by EVERGAME ("Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. License
The Company grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with these terms.

3. User Conduct
You agree not to:
   - Use cheats, exploits, automation software, or other unauthorized means to manipulate the Game or the leaderboard scores.
   - Submit initials that are offensive, abusive, or infringe on the rights of others.
   - Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Game's servers or database.

4. Leaderboard Rules
The leaderboard is designed to showcase legitimate skill-based achievements. We reserve the right to remove any score from the leaderboard that we believe was achieved through cheating or exploitation, without prior notice.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Game is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall EVERGAME be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Game.

7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date.
